Responsibilities 🤝
What your job will look like
- Payroll processing for Odoo employees
- Provide support to new hires in completing the necessary forms for payroll processing (deductions, family allowances, severance pay options, data processing consents)
- Manage employee meal vouchers
- Enter personal data, attendance, and absences into the payroll software
- Manage the collaboration with our external partners (payroll consultants, labour consultant, lawyers)
- Handle social security and welfare
- Manage TFR and welfare funds
- Provide daily support to employees on administrative and payroll related questions
MUST HAVE 🎯
- 1-5 years of experience as a labour consultant
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1) - both written and spoken
- Good understanding of Italian payroll
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
NICE TO HAVE 🏆
- Being proactive and solution-oriented
- Affinity with IT
- Available quickly
- Good knowledge of payroll management software
- Previous experience in a start-up/scale-up
